Daily Habits
Daily habits lead to improvement by repetition. I believe making time and finding reinforcing conditions and environments helps in forming better habits.
Start by doing small actions that gravitate to a habit you are trying to achieve — it goes a long way to success rather than overthinking and delaying action.
Once you have completed something you feel has contributed to your desired goal, step back. If you have more to do towards a positive habit, it is a good idea to leave a desire to do more for the next day. It will help orient you towards progressive success.
Small, consistent steps compound over time. The key is not to rely on motivation alone but to build systems that make the right behaviour the path of least resistance.
